Dr. Andrea Wieland, MBA, Ph.D., OLY, is a psychologist, Olympian, friend, collaborator, and leader. With an MBA and PhD from The University of Iowa, Dr. Wieland has spent over 3 decades dedicated to optimizing human health and performance. As a 1996 Olympian in Field Hockey, she possesses firsthand experience in elite competition. Dr. Wieland has worked successfully with elite and competitive high school, college, and adult athletes, NFL prospects, Olympic and national team athletes, Special Ops soldiers, Fortune 500 executives, and their teams.
Throughout her career, Dr. Wieland has held various impactful positions, including CEO, President, Director of Sports Performance, Head of Mental Conditioning, and Director of Wellness. She has showcased her leadership skills at renowned institutions such as IMG Academy, the University of Pennsylvania, Sensei-Porcupine Creek, Winning Systems. Inc., and the International Center for Performance & Health. Dr. Wieland is also a certified yoga instructor and a passionate animal aficionado.
