Jill Reeve, Olympian, Coaches’ Coach 3 x World Cup, 2 x Pan Ams Coaches’ Coach 3 decades Collegiate Coaching Experience
Recently named Head Coach of the Roger Williams University Field Hockey program, Jill has already become the most winning coach of that program in 2 short years. In 2023, she earned Coach of the Year from the Commonwealth Conference League. Jill served 10 years as the head coach at Brown University and turned that program around. Prior to Brown, Reeve served as head coach at Miami University in Oxford, OH. She also has assistant coaching experience at The College of William & Mary, Penn State University and Dartmouth College.
A four-time National Champion at Old Dominion, Reeve played 11 years on the USA National Field Hockey team. While on the team, she competed in the 1996 Olympics, three World Cups, the 1995 and 1999 Pan American Games and other international competitions, winning bronze and silver medals. Coach Reeve has been inducted into the Halls of Fame at both Old Dominion University and United States Field Hockey Association.
Dr. Tegan Reeves, PhD Mental Performance Coach
Dr. Tegan Reeves (Dr. T) is an accomplished mindfulness, psychology and sport professional focused on performance and integrative wellness. As a coach, facilitator, mentor, and professional Dr. T’s coaching style is strongly rooted in evidence-based psychology led by the nervous system. She has taught over 30 psychology courses and authored more than 75 peer-reviewed publications and presentations. Dr. T has been across the world facilitating workshops and speaking in over 12 countries and has been working one on one with individuals for over 20 years.
Dr. T brings to the table years of performance and leadership. As a recognized performer and athlete, she built an internationally recognized sport not-for-profit governance and ran The Dance Worlds. Dr. Gloria Park, PhD, MAPP, CMPC Mental Performance Coach
A former competitive figure skater, Dr. Park has extensive experience in sport, military and high-performance environments. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Performance Psychology in support of the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Prior to this role, Dr. Park provided resilience and performance enhancement training for soldiers, DA civilians, and family members for 7 years, first with the University of Pennsylvania, and then with the Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) program.
Previous roles include Research Director for Wharton People Analytics at Penn, where Gloria shaped and executed the research agenda in conjunction with faculty co-directors Adam Grant, Angela Duckworth, Cade Massey, Matthew Bidwell and the WPA research team. She has served as an instructional team for the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at Penn since 2006, and is a senior member of the Penn Resiliency Project and PERMA Workshop team.
Degrees and certifications include a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP), University of Pennsylvania, a Doctorate in Kinesiology/Psychology of Human Movement from Temple University (PHD), and Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC) through Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
Taylor Stutzman MA, CMPC Mental Performance Coach
Taylor is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. He received his Masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver where he served as Vice President of the Center for Performance Excellence. He then worked at IMG Academy as a Senior Mental Performance Coach where he worked with thousands of athletes from 8 years old to professionals, across many different sports. He also worked with medical students on stress management, and with corporations and executives on how the principles of mental performance apply to the business world. Taylor never ignores a bad pun and enjoys failing at his own mental game on the golf course.
Dr. Kate Reedy, EdDAcademic Coach
Dr. Katherine Reedy has 27 years in private boarding school education as a teacher and administrator developing programs for students with learning differences, along with redesigning academic programs with a focus on skills students need for future success. She has extensive background working with student athletes and supported the academic program of a number of elite athletes as they worked to balance academic and athletic demands. Katherine has published articles and book chapters focused on rethinking doctoral programs, culturally responsive teaching at the high school level and the transition from high school to college for athletes. Her current research interests are on optimization of human potential and using passion to ignite interest in other areas of one’s life. She is co-authoring an article on the importance of success plans for students failing to thrive in independent schools and an article on the wellbeing of teens while supporting them into adulthood.

Dr. Jen Wagner, MD Parent Coach
A parent of two student-athlete daughters, Dr. Jen Wagner, MD, MS, has expertise in medicine, athletics, and business leadership. With a career spanning over 20 years in Medicine and Human Performance and having honed her skills during her tenure at Stanford University, Dr. Wagner has emerged as a renowned expert in athletic high-pressure performance and healthspan/lifespan. Her contributions are not limited to academia, as she has also made a significant impact as a partner at Liminal Collective. In addition, Dr. Wagner’s ability to coordinate high acuity healthcare teams has been highly sought after by prestigious organizations, including the US Olympic Committee, NBA, elite military units, healthcare teams, E-sports, and creative performers. Her versatile skills and extensive experience have solidified her reputation as a true leader in her fields.
Michelle Ostermeyer, MA, 500 RYT Meditation & Mindfulness Coach
With a background rooted in dance, Michelle has devoted more than two decades to movement practices. Living in New York City unveiled the transformative power of yoga, offering relief from urban stress and bringing balance to her life. This discovery inspired a deeper dive into the practice.
Michelle obtained her 200 RYT yoga certification while simultaneously managing and teaching at a local Barre studio. Her quest for knowledge led her to pursue further certifications in Aerial Yoga, myofascial release and asana, Yoga Wall, cycling, and strength training. In both New York and Switzerland, she trained in BodyART, a distinctive movement modality. Seeking a deeper understanding of yoga and meditation, MIchelle completed her 500 RYT and Vishoka Meditation training at the Himalayan Institute, guided by Panditji and other esteemed teachers. Additionally, Michelle established a Registered Yoga School accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Beyond the yoga studio, you might find Michelle at a Pilates or fitness class or immersed in nature, hiking alongside her adorable labradoodle, Maui Bodhi Rama.
Per Erez Meditation & Mindfulness Coach
Per is a seasoned practitioner with over 30 years of experience in consciousness-based movement and wellness disciplines. He holds accreditations in Yoga Therapy, Tai Chi, and Somatic Education. He is also an experienced meditation instructor, helping people address dysregulated bodies and minds.
Throughout his career, Per has shared his expertise in various settings, including yoga centers, corporations, health clubs, dance studios, hospitals, and social service agencies. Most recently, he is a meditation practitioner at Sensei Wellness Retreat in Rancho Mirage, CA. Notably, he had the privilege of working with both Oprah Winfrey and members of the House of Saud.
